Our company’s mission statement is to “Give a reliable valuation and/or appraisal product which conveys adequate communication, comprehensive content, and multi verifiable data all reported in a format that exceeds client’s expectations”. My staff and I pride ourselves in the difference our firm brings to the table by actively engaging in and keeping abreast of changing markets and how they impact demand and value.

Our team consist of Certified & FHA Approved Appraisers.

Actively engaged since the mid 1990’s I have been part of the South Florida community appraising the tri-county markets of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Following the South Florida markets as both Realtor and Appraiser I’ve experienced the multi dynamics of growth and demand as well as regression periods and how they impact supply and value. Analyzing the momentum of economic factors impacting values is an interesting and much appreciated art that keeps evolving yet regresses to a point of beginning and recycles over.

As a qualified appraiser it is my job to explain or indicate the changes in the cycle. Typically the scope of work varies depending on the client or the assignment yet the analysis for the most part remains fairly constant. As a diligent appraiser I’ve learned to examine multiple sources, verify and interpret the direction of the market data.

I’m well aware of lender’s underwriting guidelines, client’s specific requirements, and general expectations. Before submitting any of our valuations we perform an extensive review and give a quality assurance on the final product.

Aside for a decent turnaround time (typically 24-48 hrs) after inspection, one of the main factors that I believe keeps my clients happy is the well explained and illustrated content of the report. Depending on the client’s needs we can offer various versions of content for the same appraisal. As a growing firm my office personnel is also key for a dependable and well supported final product.
